Urban living thrives on unique and dynamic spaces, especially in Music City where the freshness of modernity meets the character of history. The Downtown Home Tour showcases distinctive floor plans, trendy lofts, contemporary spaces, unique character, design and style, and the best panoramic views in the city.  You must show your ticket to enter any of the properties on the tour, and for free shuttle rides or free parking at designated lots. Tickets may be purchased online in advance, and picked up the day of the tour at WILL CALL.

Tickets are $10 and may be purchased the day of the tour (Sunday, April 17) beginning at 11:30am at the following locations:

*The Cohen Building (ticket sales/WILL CALL for online purchases/GROUPON Voucher redemption/credit cards accepted) 421 Church Street (directly beside Viridian Condominiums)

*Encore Condominiums (ticket sales, cash and check ONLY) 301 Demonbreun Street

*Online ticket buyers can pick up their tickets and tour guides at this location ONLY. Credit Cards accepted at this location ONLY.

The event will be held rain or shine. No refunds.
