8th Annual LIVE IT UP! Downtown Home Tour

Living downtown is an exciting experience. Catch a glimpse of urban life, Nashville-style, on the LIVE IT UP! Downtown Home Tour. Urban living thrives on unique and dynamic spaces, especially in Music City where the freshness of modernity meets the character of history. The Downtown Home Tour showcases distinctive floor plans, trendy lofts, contemporary spaces, unique character, design and style, and the best panoramic views in the city.  You must show your ticket to enter any of the properties on the tour, and for free shuttle rides or free parking at designated lots. Tickets may be purchased online in advance, and picked up the day of the tour at WILL CALL.

Tickets are $10 and may be purchased the day of the tour (Sunday, April 17) beginning at 11:30am at the following locations:

*The Cohen Building (ticket sales/WILL CALL for online purchases/GROUPON Voucher redemption/credit cards accepted) 421 Church Street (directly beside Viridian Condominiums)

*Encore Condominiums (ticket sales, cash and check ONLY) 301 Demonbreun Street

*Online ticket buyers can pick up their tickets and tour guides at this location ONLY. Credit Cards accepted at this location ONLY.

The event will be held rain or shine. No refunds.

    Self-Guided Tour You may visit tour sites in any order and at your own pace between 12:00 noon and 6:00 pm Parking and Shuttle Service Metered parking is free downtown on Sundays. FREE parking in the downtown core will be provided to ticketholders by Premier Parking at 501 Church Street - next to McKendree Methodist Church. If the lot is full, additional parking is available at the Library Parking garage at 151 6th Avenue North (entrances off of 6th and 7th Avenues). FREE parking is also available at the Premier Parking lot at 230 4th Avenue South directly beside Encore Condominiums. The Partnership's PARK IT! Express shuttles will loop the tour routes. This limited shuttle service is FREE to ticketholders.
