Nashville's 2011 "Week of the Young Child" is starting off with an afternoon adventure packed with fun at Nashville Zoo! Children 12 and younger will receive free admission from 2:00pm - 6:00pm.

Explore the Zoo's many exotic exhibits while you make your way through an array of entertaining children's activities that begin at 2:00pm. Nashville Vice Mayor Diane Neighbors will officially kick-off "Week of the Young Child" in the Zoo's amphitheater. Then, keep your seats for one of the Zoo's award-winning animal shows!

Check out the Zoo's Wild and Crafty Animal Tales happening later during "Week of the Young Child."
