The Chick-fil-A Leadercast is a one-day leadership training event broadcast LIVE from Atlanta, Ga. On Friday, May 6th to hundreds of sites throughout the nation, including the Factory in Franklin, TN. Host sites will be able to communicate with Atlanta via Twitter. This will allow real-time comments and questions to be fielded as the presentations are made. Speakers for the event include:

• Muhtar Kent, President of The Coca-Cola Company
• Suzy Welch, Best-selling author, television commentator, and business journalist
• Mack Brown, Head Coach of the Texas Longhorns
• Erin Gruwell, Founder of Freedom Writers Foundation
• Frans Johansson, Renowned author of The Medici Effect

This year’s program will focus on how individuals and teams can use their voices to create positive change at work, at home and in the community. The speakers will speak on subjects such as leading based on respect and relationship rather than rights and position, the difference between dynamic leadership and mediocre management, creating a culture of servant hood and innovation, how to provide exceptional customer service and the keys to unlocking creativity in your workplace.

During lunch, catered by Chick-fil-A, we will have time for networking and participate in an interactive presentation by Derek Young, President of Young Motivation Group. Derek has over 23 years of experience delivering motivational speeches and training sessions in a manner that makes them fun, informative, and memorable.
