Whitney Cummings is a Los Angeles based comedian, actress, and writer. As a comedian she appears regularly on Chelsea Lately and recently she was on The Tonight Show and the Comedy Central Roast of Joan Rivers. She wrote, co-executive produced, and performs stand up on the comedy series Live! Nude! Comedy! for Showtime and was named one of Variety's Top 10 Comics to watch in 2007 and in 2009 she was named one of Entertainment Weeklys "Comedy Stars of Tomorrow." As an actress she recently costarred in the Sony feature "Made of Honor" with Patrick Dempsey and Fox's “House, M.D.,” She is developing her own series at Comedy Central and writes for numerous TV shows, including Comedy Central Roasts of Bob Saget and Flavor Flav. She has also performed on HBO’s Down and Dirty with Jim Norton after getting her start as a series regular on MTV’s PUNK’D.
