11th Annual Comcast “Jeff Fisher & Friends” Charity Softball Game

Comcast proudly announces the 11th Annual Comcast “Jeff Fisher & Friends” Charity Softball Game. The final farewell game will give fans an opportunity to show their support for their popular and beloved coach. The event will benefit the Nashville Children’s Alliance, Mercy Ministries, Catch-A-Dream, InterFACE Ministries, The American Freedom Foundation and several other local charities.

"This final game is an opportunity for everyone in Tennessee to say ‘Thank you’ to Coach Fisher for all that he has done to give back to the community over the years while raising money for several worthy charities”, states John Gauder, Market Vice-President, Comcast Cable.

Brad Tammen, General Manager, Nashville Sounds Baseball Club adds “The game is always a night of family fun and festivities but this last event is a perfect way for fans to honor Jeff for all that he has done over the years for the community.”

 Early arrivals can enjoy the Fun Zone and watch pre-game Little League softball activities.  The Fun Zone, supported by Tum-E Yummies is located at the main gate of Greer Stadium. It is packed with brand new games including a trampoline bounce, a velcro wall, an inflatable jump slide and a speed pitch. The Fun Zone is primarily geared toward children ages 12 and under. However, the speed pitch is open to fans of all ages. The inflatable jump slide is free and the rest of the games charge a nominal fee. The Fun Zone remains open from the time gates open until the end of the 7th inning.

Bridgestone and Best One will host a dazzling fireworks display to cap off the evening.
