    We are looking for boys and girls, soldiers, history lovers, or those who are just searching for a fun alternative to the run-of–the mill summer camps! Carnton Plantation and Carter House have joined together to provide hands-on fun experiencing what life was like during the Civil War for soldiers and women, as well as plantation life. Reenactors will demonstrate weaponry, crafts, and clothing and campers will learn to drill like a true soldier!

    Age: 8-12 years old

    Where: Historic Carnton Plantation at 1345 Carnton Lane Franklin, TN and
    Carter House at 1140 Columbia Pike Franklin, TN

    Cost: All materials are included in the camp cost. Payment is due at time of registration. (Member prices are for FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS and higher).  $100 per child (non-members),  $90 per child (members).

    Please enroll by by July 1st, 2011 at the latest. Enrollment is limited and camp fills quickly. Early registration is encouraged to ensure your place.
