Narrative, full-length children's ballet programming that promotes overall academic achievement and character development through a holistic approach to arts education. Utilizing classical and contemporary dance, drama, music, literature, and visual arts, our unique performances are based upon diverse cultural folk tales, fairy tales, and literary classics that enable us to bring books to life while stimulating children's creativity and curiosity and encouraging them to seek the arts as a positive means for their social, physical and mental growth.

    Borreguita and the Coyote

A classic folk tale from Ayulta, Mexico, Borreguita and the Coyote tells the story of a clever little lamb that is able to continually outwit a hungry coyote. Students will laugh long as Borreguita tricks the coyote in this creative ballet where the dancers become live illustrations and inanimate objects like the moon and the mountain spring to life to the beat of Spanish guitar. Follow Borreguita (which means 'Little Lamb') as she leads the coyote through the crazy antics of narrowly escaping becoming a tasty little lamb chop!
