On Tuesday, September 20, The Minnie Pearl Cancer Foundation will welcome author and former First Daughter, Susan Ford Bales, as the featured speaker at the 2011 Women's Event. An annual luncheon celebrating its ninth anniversary in raising awareness of women's cancers and raising funds for cancer support programs and guidance from the moment of diagnosis.  The Women's Event will also feature a gourmet lunch and an impressive silent auction of trips, original art, jewelry, and salon packages.
