With a healthy respect for Monroe, Stanley, Flatt & Scruggs, and others, Blue Hollow also shows off many of their original tunes several of which have been recorded by well known bluegrass artists including Larry Sparks, The Seldome Scene, James Monroe, Special Consensus, Charlie Louvin and others, and brings a new flair to traditional favorites. The members of Blue Hollow have each played in other bands alongside some of the biggest stars, on some of the best known stages in the business. Now they bring their talents together to form a crowd pleasing band that delivers driving bluegrass from the first song to the last. From the first note you will know that Fred Duggin, Alan Laney, Jerry Stump and Sam Vance not only enjoy playing together but are committed to first class bluegrass.
