Handbags Fight Hunger

With temperatures soaring and economic pressures mounting, the homeless population of Nashville, TN is feeling the heat more than ever.

“Handbags Fight Hunger” a fund raiser and event is being held to raise money to support the efforts of the Nashville Rescue Mission.

Attendees are encouraged to bring donations of canned food items, bottled water, travel sized toiletries such as shampoo, toothpaste and new toothbrushes, soap, etc. In turn they will receive a $10.00 gift voucher to be used toward the purchase of a Beijo handbag made at the event. 20% of the sale of any Beijo handbags sold during the Nashville “Handbags Fight Hunger” event will be donated to the Nashville Rescue Mission, as will all proceeds raised from raffles and silent auction items.
