Canadian pop and country singer-songwriter k.d. lang’s newest Nonesuch release “Sing It Loud” is the latest in her twenty plus years in the music industry. The Grammy and Juno-winning singer gained critical success for her Billboard hits “Constant Craving” and “Miss Chatelaine.”

In 1999 she was ranked #33 on VH-1’s 100 Greatest Women in Rock and Roll and in 2002, she was named #26 on CMT’s list of the 40 Greatest Women in Country Music – one of only eight women to make both lists.
