Pen to Paper: A Generative Poetry Retreat

Scarritt-Bennett Center invites poets to its picturesque campus for Pen to Paper: A Generative Poetry Retreat featuring poet Jeff Hardin. The retreat will be led by co-faculty, Tanya Jarrett, a contributor at Breadloaf Writer's Conference and Palm Beach Poetry Festival, and Christina Stoddard, former assistant poetry editor of The Greensboro Review and the International Poetry Review.

Activities include: required and individual writing; readings; peer feedback sessions; craft lectures and workshops; individual coaching; and space for meditation including labyrinth walking. Application with three poems and short biography required by Sept. 10.
