David Myers was born in a small town in West Virginia to a musical upbringing in the foothills of country life. He, his wife Elaine, and there now five-year-old son packed their things and moved to Nashville and have been here for a little over two years now. They live in east Nashville in the thick of the city and are satisfied where life has brought them.David has been writing songs for over 10 years now, and that has transitioned nicely to his career here in Nashville. He works as a producer/songwriter and has written with many local artists since arriving. You can check him and his music out at his facebook page or keep up to date via twitter at @david_myers.
Kendall Marvel, From the man himself: Being a country music songwriter rocks. I've had songs recorded by Gary Allan, Trace Adkins, Josh Turner, Travis Tritt, Blake Shelton, Lee Ann Womack, Jamey Johnson, Jake Owen, Joe Diffie, and a few others. I've been lucky enough to have a couple big ones, "Right Where I Need to Be" by Gary Allan, "Tougher Than Nails" by Joe Diffie, "Yee Haw," "Startin With Me," and "Don't Think I Can't Love You," by Jake Owen.
Phil O’Donnell, a Canada native, made his first trip to Nashville in 1983 and began developing his skills as a songwriter. Officially making the move in 1994, O’Donnell has also worked as a musician, playing guitar with many artists including Craig Morgan, Kevin Denney, Johnny Lee, and Sherrie Austin. O’Donnell’s songwriting credits include his first 1 single, “Back When I Knew It All” recorded by Montgomery Gentry, “Love Remembers” and “I Got You” (Craig Morgan), “Tougher Than Nails” (Joe Diffie), and “Fore She Was Mama (Clay Walker). In addition to having a successful career as a songwriter, O’Donnell also serves as producer for artists such as Craig Morgan, Justin McBride, Tara Oram, Jason Blaine and Darren Kozelsky. towards Him and what he wants for me. I have no idea what will happen tomorrow, next week, or next year, but I have complete faith that wherever that may be will be the right spot. This is such an exciting time in my life, and I can’t wait to see what happens.
