The Future is now. The indie-pop quartet's first album, 'Is Now,' packs the energy of their eclectic and electric live show into a driving and powerful listening experience. Pulsing bass beats and upbeat vocals build syncopated dance rhythms, making it impossible not to move to these tightly layered tracks.

If you combine Prince's dynamic vocal styles, with Spoon's tight minimalist pop hooks and Ar...cade Fire's heights of grandeur, you'll better understand what to expect from The Future.

Brothers Adam and Jordan Culver (vocals and bass respectively), and childhood friend Eric Sadowsky (guitar), left their native North Dakota so that they could perform live as often, and for as many people, as possible. Picking up drummer Bryan Feece in Bloomington Indiana, the foursome has settled in Nashville Tennessee. Now with over 200 shows under their belts and a new album due out July 26th 2011, you can expect to hear a lot more from The Future.
