Blue Moves presents "Deep Blue"

Blue Moves Modern Dance Company presents "Deep Blue," a dance and multi-media exploration of water at the Darkhorse Theater. The performance features four water-themed dances, an original dance film and a monologue by company members, as well as choreography by guest artist Marci Murphree. Additional guests artists, drawn from an open call for water-inspired art, include musician Uncle Don Clark, visual artists Amanda Damaschun, Mary Sartain, Micheal Grine and Michael Reagan, dancer/videographer Mary LiBianca and poet Solita Morris. Immediately following the show there will be a reception in the Community Garden of Good Food for Good People's LOVE Building, featuring live music by Scott Carter and interactive water art.
