The second annual Smashville Dodgeball Challenge benefits the youth programs of the Middle Tennessee Council, Boy Scouts of America and is open to all businesses, civic groups, service clubs, college clubs and/or groups of individuals. Up to 64 teams will be accepted at each of five locations including Metro Nashville, Murfreesboro, Clarksville, Cookeville and Lebanon.  Team registration is currently open and closes two days prior to each event. Registration starts at $350 per team, and each team receives six upper level tickets to the Oct. 25 game vs. San Jose or the Oct. 27 game vs. Tamps Bay, with the ability to purchase extras at a discounted rate.

Each team consists of five players and up to three substitutes. All teams are encouraged to design specialty jerseys or uniforms as the best dressed team will be awarded at each location.  The tournament will follow N.A.D.A. rules and begin with round-robin play before transitioning into the match-play tournament.  The winning team at each location will be awarded a $1,000 cash prize and the coveted traveling Chris Karbowiak Trophy.
