If you have ever had an interest in drawing, this class is for you! Still-life is the best subject in art for learning and teaching the skills of drawing and painting. It teaches how to look at objects and see them with a perceptive awareness of their outline, shape, proportions, tone, color, texture, form and composition. These step-by-step still-life lessons will teach you the basic fundamental drawing techniques used to create a still-life drawing.

Please bring the following supplies to the first class: One 2B, 4B or 6B graphite pencil; one kneaded eraser and an 18” x 24” pad of paper. These items may be purchased at Michael’s or other art stores.
