What does federalism mean? Why did our founding fathers weave such elaborate checks and balances into the Constitution? Who or what does the Constitution govern? Is our Constitution a pro-slavery document? How has the Bill of Rights limited individual liberty? Learn the answer to these and other questions at a "Lunch & Learn" session featuring popular speaker and Lipscomb history professor Dr. Tim Johnson. He will discuss the Constitution and what the founding fathers intended. Copies of his book, "Liberty Vs. Power," available for purchase.
