    Two Nashville photographers investigate contemporary environments, both social and cultural. Shepherd Alligood presents complex and challenging imagery to, “to engage the viewer with another frame in which to view Christianity; one that believes in God but embraces the complexities and questions that such a belief provokes.” Shannon Clark’s work captures a survey of southern iconography, architecture and style. The result reveals a wide-open view and combines the niches and last hold outs of a look, style or feeling that is consistently being traded and replaced by something new and more redundant.

    This exhibit is on view October 3-21 with an opening reception October 7 from 5:00pm-7:00pm.
