Regional premiere! It’s November, 1967, and a young woman has just come to work as a secretary for Judge Francis Biddle, Attorney General to Franklin Roosevelt, and the former Chief Judge of the American Military Tribunal at Nuremberg. Now eighty-one and in failing health, Judge Biddle is a Main Line Philadelphia aristocrat. Sarah Schorr, the latest in a series of assistants, is a plain-spoken twenty-five year old from the Canadian prairie. This autobiographical play tells the charming, bittersweet story of an unlikely pair “trying” to understand each other in what they both realize is the final year of his life. (by Joanna McClelland Glass)

    “...a total delight!” -CurtainUP DC

“an intriguing look at a young woman who longs to be a writer,  an old man coming to the end of his life and the development of their friendship” -Arizona Daily Star
