Join us as we celebrate the book release of Silence and Noise: One Girl's Journey Into Insanity by local author Casey LeVasseur!  There will also be live music with Pearl Heart. These sister's combine bone-chilling harmonies with honest lyrics and musical chops. This is a night you won't want to miss at the Listening Room Cafe! Copies of the book will be available for purchase and will be signed by the author.

About the book:
Lily is 22 and has already lived thru a lot at a young age. Her journey is one of emotions and baggage. Hers is a story of battles and chaos, and running. She lives her life through relationships, her struggle for normalcy. This is a story of loneliness and pain and self discovery. One girl trapped in a downward spiral with nowhere to turn. A girl trying to find a way out to the other side. Follow Lily as she struggles to discover and understand her life – a world clouded by boys, drugs, and internal chaos. This is Lily’s journey into insanity.

About the author:
Casey Renee Le'Vasseur was born in Los Angeles CA, the daughter of acclaimed songwriter Jeffrey Steele and Stephanie Le'Vasseur. She began her love affair with writing while filling stacks of composition notebooks with teenage angst and creating quirky and slightly deranged short stories for her friends and family. This passion for writing and film lead her to a degree in Cinema Arts from California State University, at Northridge. She, her husband, and their dog Coppola currently live in Nashville. Silence & Noise is her first novel.
