Community Outreach: Musical Petting Zoo at Nashville Public Library, Hermitage Branch

Our Musical Petting Zoo travels to the Hermitage Library Branch of the Nashville Public Library. Pick a banjo, play a dulcimer, and strum a mandolin. Our Musical Petting Zoo offers budding musicians a chance to try new and familiar instruments. Instructors will be on site to offer guidance. At the beginning of the program a professional musician will demonstrate how to play some of the instruments. The Hermitage Library is located at 3700 James Kay Lane, Nashville, TN 37076. All ages. No reservations required. Free.

The educational programs of the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum are funded in part by grants from the Tennessee Art Commission and the Metropolitan Nashville Arts Commission, through an agreement with the Tennessee Art Commission and the National Endowment for the Arts.
