The Naked Foot 5K

This isn't just your typical, boring 5k.

We have partnered with Nashville based charity Soles4Souls and encourage runners to bring a pair of shoes to donate and challenge them to run barefoot! However, anyone can run or walk it. If participants don't feel comfortable running barefoot for 3.2 miles, then wear shoes-we don't discriminate (more than 1/2 of the runners in our event wear regular shoes or minimalist footwear)! We feature a 1 mile event on mostly soft and fluffy grass for those new to barefoot running. We also have lots of FREE fun events set up for the entire family including a kids 1k , "foot painting", foot massages, a raffle for a chance to win amazing prizes (including a pair of Merrell Barefoot shoes), clinics on running before and after the event and a Tarahumara based ball game and competition.

Stay for the after party! The Music City Chili cook off starts at 11:00am, there will be chili tasting, a beer garden, live music and a bouncy castle for the kids.
