Join the Frist Center outreach educators on Saturday, October 29, at the Walk and Roll Healthy Halloween event which supports people with disabilities. In conjunction with the Frist Center's exhibitions To Live Forever: Egyptian Treasures from the Brooklyn Museum and Connecting Cultures: Children’s Stories from Across the World, the Frist Center outreach educators will offer an art-making activity to celebrate the cultures of Africa. Participants may create an animal mask based on the animal symbolism of ancient Egypt and the importance of animals to everyday life of the Kuku Tribe in Sudan.
