Wil Nance hit the top of R&R & Billboard with his Brad Paisley smash "She's Everything", which stayed at #1 for three weeks. In addition; he also wrote the song "Hard To Say Hello", which was on Brad Paisley's TIME WELL WASTED "bonus cd." Wil received a BMI Award for "ROUND ABOUT WAY" , a #1 Hit Single for George Strait (*MCA) (co-writer Steve Dean) and in 2004 received a BMI Award for "COOL TO BE A FOOL" (Joe Nichols- Single *Universal South),

Additionally, Steve has had songs recorded by Steve Wariner, Barbara Mandrell, Rick Trevino, Conway Twitty, Ronna Reeves, Joe Nichols, Craig Morgan, John Michael Montgomery, Ty Herndon, Lee Ann Womack, Waylon Jennings, Neal McCoy, Ricochet, Ronnie Milsap, Dierks Bentley, Billy Dean and more!

Originally from Caddo Oklahoma, Roger Springer moved to Nashville in 1989 and was immediately offered a writing deal with Warner Chappell. That same year he signed an artist deal with MCA which eventually led to several collaborations with platinum selling artist Mark Chesnutt. Their partnership yielded more than twenty cuts, including four singles and two #1 hits ("It's A Little Too Late" and "Thank God For Believers"). In the 20 years since he's been in Nashville, Springer has landed 65 songs with such artists as George Strait, Kenny Rogers, Clay Walker, Sammy Kershaw, David Kersh, Mark Wills and Doug Supernaw. He lists recording a duet with Merle Haggard in 1999 one of his greatest career highlights.
