La Bella Notte Preview Party: Taste of Venice

La Bella Notte festivities kick-off on Thursday, January 12 with A Taste of Venice, a wine-tasting and auction preview party. The event will be held at the award-winning Noah Liff Opera Center from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, and includes a tasting of wines from Italy’s Veneto region, a selection of hors d’oeuvres, and an opportunity to preview several La Bella Notte silent auction items. The highlight of the evening will be a performance of popular arias by soprano Mary Scheib and mezzo-soprano Heidi Herzog. A Taste of Venice tickets are available for $40 per person online at www.nashvilleopera.org, www.LaBellaNotte.org or by calling Nashville Opera at (615) 832-5242.
