Indigenous at Gallery 40AU

Indigenous is an art exhibit curated by Megan Kelley (HAUS) of work by Stephen Zerne and Audry Deal-McEver. In Indigenous, Zerne and Deal-McEver depict overlooked landscapes and endangered species found regionally in Tennessee. Through intimate perspectives, the show documents the botanical world around us in a attempt to magnify often unnoticed aspects of our relationship to our ecology. The opening reception will be January 7, 6:00pm-9:00pm during Nashville's First Saturday Art Crawl Downtown. Wine and other snacks will be provided. The show will continue through the 23rd; however, visitation will be limited to Gallery 40AU's varying hours or by appointment (which is preferred).
