    TABLE TALK FOR WOMEN
    Lunch Discussion Series

    Join us for a lunchtime series focusing on current issues that are important to women. Each lunch you’ll hear a woman’s story of her unique experiences.The goal is to bring women together across racial, religious, and cultural lines to listen, learn and talk with one another.

    Today's Topic: Healing and Wholeness in the New Year
    The start of the new year brings with it opportunity and promise. Join us as we focus on the importance of caring for the mind, body and spirit. Our speaker will be Dr. Michelle Pearce, a psychotherapist at the Vanderbilt Center for Integrative Health. She will share about the importance of holistic practices as well as highlight some of the Center's offerings like Tai-chi and Qigong classes. Come find out more about the Center for Integrative Health and learn tools that will center you throughout the year.
