Come experience the connections between jazz music and historical events in the black freedom struggle through this musical and reflective tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. It promises to be an informative and engaging exploration of music and its role in the efforts of countless Americans to achieve a more perfect union. A candlelight vigil in honor of Dr. King is part of this event.
