Watkins College of Art, Design & Film will recognize the winners of the 2012 Currey Juried Student Show!

All Watkins students are eligible to submit projects, created since Fall 2011, in fine art, film, graphic design, interior design and photography. President Ellen L. Meyer will announce the honors, topped by the Currey Purchase Award.

Watkins College of Art, Design & Film will recognize the winners of the 2012 Currey Juried Student Show!

All Watkins students are eligible to submit projects, created since Fall 2011, in fine art, film, graphic design, interior design and photography. President Ellen L. Meyer will announce the honors, topped by the Currey Purchase Award.

The student show juror is Jessica Wohl, Brown Foundation Fellow and Visiting Assistant Professor of Art at the University of the South. Originally trained as an illustrator, her current studio practice includes drawing, painting, collage, installation and performance. Wohl holds a BFA from Kansas City Art Institute and an MFA from the University of Georgia, and has studied at Studio Art Centers International in Florence, Italy.

The Currey Juried Student Show runs from March 9–21 in the Brownlee O. Currey, Jr. Gallery on campus.
