The Healthy Living Expo comes to Nashville! It promotes healthy, active lifestyles through a fun, interactive environment. Free and reduced cost health screenings are provided by a variety of exhibitors. Healthy foods are sampled and prepared on the Eat Healthy stage. The audience is invited to participate in ZUMBA and other fitness activities on the Get Active stage.
