Founding member of the Grammy-winning gospel group The Blind Boys of Alabama, Jimmy Carter, will be featured in a free symposium, The Influence of Music on The Civil Rights Movement. The program will be chaired by Dr. Reavis Mitchell and will take place at The First Amendment Center at Vanderbilt University.
