Thanksgiving Day Brunch Buffet

The Loews Vanderbilt Hotel's annual Thanksgiving Day Brunch Buffet, held in the elegant Symphony Ballroom, features an impressive assortment of delectable treasures, including smoked prime rib, maple glazed grouper, apple braised chicken, and the traditional oven roasted tom turkey with giblet gravy and cornbread dressing. An extensive array of breakfast items is available (omelets, french toast, bacon, and apple chicken sausage), as well as raw bar selections (jumbo shrimp, Alaskan crab legs, mussels, and salmon). Salad bar items appear alongside dried fruit, cheeses, cured meats, and artisan breads and biscuits. The dessert table includes chocolate cobbler, sweet potato mousse cake, and pumpkin pie. Live background music for this event is provided by pianist Bill Ferrari's trio with special guest Debbie Watts.
