Add Review/CommentEnjoy a night out under the stars with your friends, family, and Shakespeare. Now celebrating its 20th Season, the Nashville Shakespeare Festival brings to life the words of William Shakespeare with its annual Shakespeare in the Park festival in Centennial Park. This summer the Festival offers two bodacious comedies: The Merry Wives of Windsor and The Two Gentlemen of Verona. Performance Dates: August 23 and 24, September 1, 2, 6 and 7. Performance Location: Centennial Park Bandshell Helpful Information: As always, admission is free to the public (although all donations are greatly appreciated). Food, beverages, and snow cones will be on sale at the park. Food vendors open at 6:00pm. Pre-Show Entertainment begins at 6:30pm and all performances begin at 7:30pm.
