Artist Statement: "Moving from Florida to Tennessee, I experienced noticeable seasons for the first time. I was struck by the concept of transformation and renewal. Nature's cycle, whether subtle or dramatic, shows the power and value of transformation. Through paint, I am able to explore the surface qualities to reveal the patina of weathered objects in the environment. There is beauty everywhere if you are looking for it." Exhibit Location: Ticket lobby of the airport.
