Roaring on the River will consist of 36 teams of amateur paddlers racing traditional Hong Kong-style Dragon Boats along a 250-meter stretch of the Cumberland River at Riverfront Park. While registrations has closed, this friendly competition will include teams from local corporations and organizations, such as Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Bridgestone, WRLT and more. Funds raised will benefit a healthy Cumberland River ecosystem.
