    The keynote speaker for the event is Otis White, leadership analyst and President of Civic Strategies, an Atlanta research and consulting firm specializing in civic leadership issues. Mr. White's keynote topic is "Emerging Leadership and Its Effect on the Development of Cities." White will also lead the afternoon's continuing education session. The afternoon workshop will center on how new leaders emerge in cities and how cities make decisions. The seminar is designed form professionals in law, banking, design, real estate, and engineering. Continuing education credits will be awarded to attendees through a variety of professional organizations.
