International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Nashville members enjoy networking opportunities each month through professional development luncheons and more informal social "mixers" during the year.

Our chapter is diverse, with members representing area agencies, broadcast stations, corporations, universities, and nonprofit organizations. Monthly luncheons feature guest speakers offering professional development opportunities on the second Wednesday of each month at Stoney River, 3015 West End Avenue, Nashville. Our mission is to provide learning opportunities for our members. Our professional development sessions provide members with new insights into the latest communication trends, technology, and issues facing the industry. Our goal is to help our members achieve their own objectives whether its strengthening their current duties and responsibilities, career advancement, exposure to new concepts and media, keeping up with the latest technology, or establihsing a valuable network of professional contacts. IABC Nashville offers ties to job bank services, an annual collegiate student scholarship, a student career night, and annual communication awards, the Gold Pen.
