Casablanca Coffee

In 2006 Casablanca Coffee opened for business in White House, TN. They quickly earned a glowing reputation by serving the best coffee products in the region. Using locally roasted coffee beans, they blended their own custom flavors and products including lattes, cappuccinos and frappe blenders. Casablanca Coffee soon became the living room of the local community. Their desire to be a warm and inviting venue of diversity, culture and ideas created a tone in which friends and family could spend time together visiting, listening to music, while enjoying a fresh cup of coffee and pastries.

In 2009 they decided to take their idea downtown and become part of the unique lineup of restaurants in the Nashville Gulch. Located on 12th Avenue South, just outside the lobby of Nashville’s ICON, they found a home where they could take their dreams even further. This location offered a greater opportunity to support local artists by giving musicians, songwriters, singers, photographers and poets a venue to express their creativity. It also offered a setting for positively impacting their community by assisting with fundraisers for such organizations as The Mocha Club and The Harpeth River Watershed Association, and others. Casablanca endeavors to accommodate the needs of their customers’ in an environmentally safe atmosphere by using biodegradable hot cups, cold cups made from corn products, To Go boxes made from wheat grass, and To Go forks and spoons made from potato starch. They recycle their cans, paper products, and plastics, and they compost the bulk cups and coffee grinds and give them to local gardeners. Their heartfelt desire to serve the people of Nashville has made them a uniquely warm gathering place for the community.
