Belle Meade Plantation
Belle Meade Plantation is a 30 acre historic site 6 miles west of Nashville. The centerpiece of the property is the Belle Meade mansion built in 1853. This Greek revival house was home to five generations of the Harding-Jackson family, original owners of the Belle Meade Farm. The plantation features an art gallery, tours of the estate, and rotating Living History activities such as storytelling, period dance, and demonstrations of 19th-century food preparation and blacksmithing.
Hours: Monday-Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm, Sunday 11:00am-5:00pm. Last tour starts at 4:00pm daily. Closed Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Year's Day.
Admission: $45.00/Family (2 adults and up to four children); $15.00/Adult, $13.00/Seniors (65+), $7.00/Youth (6-12), Free/5 years and under.
