Come see the exciting transformation of a boiler room into the home of Williamson County's first resident professional theater. Enjoy new and different shows, fresh from Broadway and Off Broadway - until now, the shows you just couldn't see anywhere else in Middle Tennessee. This comfortable, intimate theater space has 120 comfy, movie-theater style seats; you'll be close enough to see every nuance of the performance, but not so close you feel you're in the show. With inherent charm, natural acoustics, exposed brick and beams, and nearly 40-foot ceilings, the Factory at Franklin has just been waiting for its time in the spotlight.

      I probably have seen 7 or 8 productions of Fidler on the Roof, including TPAC, and this is by far the BEST. Congratulations to the entire Boiler Room Theatre company...well done!

      I have not seen this play/movie in years. This cast did a wonderful job with the wide range of vocal difficult songs. The musicians are the best. Boiler Room always makes the small stage work. Good... Expand

      Little did I realize what I was in for. I have never in my 66 years seen such a powerful performance!! I don't know where you found "Helen" but she could easily be on Broadway! From the moment she walked on stage she was Helen until the final curtain. She and "Annie" were perfect together. A wonderful cast. I hope you will get out some widespread advertising. ANYONE who enjoys theatre will be affected and most likely astounded at the performance of this cast and especially this little girl. Thanks for a wonderful portrayal of Helen Keller! Collapse
