Vanderbilt Dyer Observatory
Vanderbilt Dyer Observatory is a special place of learning tucked high atop one of the tallest peaks on the southern edge of Nashville. Here, both school children and the public are introduced to the wonders of astronomy and space exploration. The primary instrument at Dyer is the 24" Seyfert telescope.
The Dyer Observatory is also home to the wildly popular Bluebird on the Mountain concert series.-
