Y-CAP YMCA of Middle Tennessee

The YMCA Community Action Project, or Y-CAP, is a YMCA center dedicated to serving at-risk youth in East Nashville one heart, one mind and one spirit at a time.

CAP works with the entire family to bring about positive outcomes. We believe that the problems in behavior, truancy, poor health and juvenile crime are usually a symptom of greater needs within the family. Y-CAP has led the way and empowered these families to make positive life changing decisions.
