Owl's Hill Nature Sanctuary

Owl's Hill Nature Sanctuary is 160 acres of protected green space in northwestern Williamson County, Tennessee. Usage is dedicated to a mission of education, conservation, restoration, research, and species protection. Access by people is limited to scheduled programs on a reservation basis.

    06/09/12	Eating from the Woods Owl's Hill Nature Sanctuary Eating from the Woods Presented by Owl's Hill Nature Sanctuary at Owl's Hill Nature Sanctuary June 9, 2012 You won’t be Euell Gibbons by the end of this class, but you’ll be able to quench your thirst with a stick and soothe a bee sting with a weed. This is a hands-on workshop; half of the class will be spent sampling wild edibles gathered and prepared by the instructor. The other half will be hiking through the fields and woods looking for safe-to-nibble snacks and natural remedies.
