Clarksville-Montgomery County CVB

The Clarksville-Montgomery County Convention & Visitors Bureau (“CVB”) is a founding member agency of the EDC and a County government agency. In 2000, the agency, established by state statute as the Clarksville-Montgomery County Tourist Commission, adopted to do business as the Clarksville-Montgomery County Convention & Visitors Bureau.

The primary purpose and mission of the CVB is to positively influence tourism in the Clarksville-Montgomery County area. In defining “tourism”, a tourist is understood as an individual who is not a resident of the Clarksville-Montgomery County area and has chosen to travel within the limits of Montgomery County for either business, pleasure, or as a matter of consequence/necessity.
