Urban Housing Solutions

Urban Housing Solutions has worked since 1991 to provide affordable, permanent housing in Nashville. We now maintain 16 properties, over 600 units, in the Metro Nashville area which serve low-income, recently homeless, mentally ill, AIDS/HIV, and addiction recovery populations. Understanding that shelter is only part of the solution, we are firmly committed to addressing the underlying causes of homelessness. Urban Housing Solutions offers on-site case management, community resource referrals, opportunities for job training, health and wellness education, financial literacy, and life skills development. We believe that, when new residents move into one of our housing units, they not only receive a key to shelter but also a key to change.
