Middle Tennessee Mental Health and Substance Abuse Coalition

The Middle Tennessee Mental Health and Substance Abuse Coalition includes representatives of mental health and substance abuse agencies, providers, advocates, consumer and families who work together to sponsor mental illness awareness events. The Creative Arts Project objective is to enable persons with mental illness and substance abuse disorders to express their creativity through art and to help combat stigma within the community about mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse by displaying art work.
