Founded in 1921, the NAJCC continues to stand firm on our core purpose which is to develop our members personally and professionally by maximizing our individual and collective potential. Today, our members continue the tradition of devoting themselves to the Nashville community through our three key areas of purpose: professional development, philanthropy and networking. Our members are individuals who take the initiative to lead in their personal and professional development and who are strongly committed to being tomorrow's leaders in the Nashville community.
