Shimai Pottery and Gifts

Shimai Pottery and Gifts is an intimate treasure box filled with objects of art and pottery that will delight the senses and inspire your everyday living. Owners, Becca Ganick and Michele Herbert, put a contemporary spin on the ancient art of fired clay using unconventional glazing techniques and sculptural forms. In addition to their paintings, sculpture and functional tableware, Shimai offers fine handcrafted jewelry, shimmering hand colored photographs and exquisite turned and carved wood. Each artist represented is available and eager to fill custom orders and commissions are always welcomed.

Shimai is located at 8400 Hwy. 100, behind the historic Loveless Café.  Hours: Monday – Thursday 10:00am to 3:00pm; Friday – Sunday 10:00am to 5:00pm.
