Alzheimer's Association of Middle Tennessee

The Alzheimer's Association Mid South Chapter serves 85 counties in Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas and Virginia with offices in Nashville, Memphis, Tullahoma, Johnson City, Chattanooga and Huntsville. Since 1980, the Chapter has provided reliable information and care consultation; created supportive services for families; increased funding for dementia research; and influenced public policy changes.

    Making Memories at the Frist Frist Center for the Visual Arts Making Memories at the Frist Presented by Alzheimer's Association of Middle Tennessee at Frist Center for the Visual Arts March 9, 2012 The Frist Center for the Visual Arts is partnering with the Mid South Chapter Alzheimer’s Association to provide exhibition tours to Alzheimer’s patients and their care givers. This program gives those affected by the disease an expressive outlet and forum for dialogue through guided exhibition tours, discussion in the galleries, art making activities, and a free lunch.

    Alzheimer's A-Z Patterson Park Community Center Alzheimer's A-Z Presented by Alzheimer's Association of Middle Tennessee at Patterson Park Community Center March 24, 2012 Alzheimer’s A-Z is for families who have a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease, a family history of Alzheimer’s or anyone interested in brain health. This day will offer attendees everything they need to know about Alzheimer’s disease and brain health under one roof.
